What we store
- Your account details, role, service type, timezone and briefing time.
- Tasks, activity history and appointments you add.
- Questions you ask the assistant and its answers.
- Connection status only — never your provider passwords.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
- We don't keep full email bodies; when email connections arrive, only messages you select will be processed.
- We don't put private briefing content in links or the website launcher.
AI processing
Briefing summaries and assistant answers are produced by an AI service. Only the minimum needed (task titles, dates and your question) is sent. You can switch AI processing off in Account; your factual briefing keeps working.
Your controls
From Account you can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time.
Retention
Daily briefings are kept for 30 days. Assistant history is kept until you clear it or delete your account. Deleted accounts are removed immediately from the live database.
