Help
A short guide to your daily routine.
Today
Your briefing shows facts first: appointments, due and overdue tasks, and what you're waiting for. Suggested priorities sit separately — reorder or dismiss them freely. Use "End of day" for a quick wrap-up.
Tasks
Tap the circle to complete a task. Open a task to edit, snooze or reschedule it. For repeating tasks, completing one creates the next occurrence; when editing you choose "this one only" or "the whole series".
Waiting for someone
Set a task to "Waiting" and add who you're waiting for. This is a label for you only — it doesn't create an account or notify anyone.
Ask
Ask the independent CQC guidance assistant about management responsibilities in England. It links to official sources and says when it isn't sure. Use "Create tasks from this answer" to review draft tasks before saving.
Frequently asked
Do I need to connect my email to use it?
No. MyCareBrief works fully on its own with tasks, recurring reminders and your daily briefing. Calendar and email connections are optional.
Is the CQC assistant run by the CQC?
No. It is an independent MyCare service. It is not operated or endorsed by the Care Quality Commission, and it links you to the official sources it draws on.
Will it tell me what the law requires?
It distinguishes legal requirements from good-practice suggestions and links to official sources. It cannot guarantee registration, compliance or inspection outcomes.
Is AI use unlimited?
No. The plan includes a stated monthly allowance for the assistant and AI briefing summaries. Your tasks and factual briefing are never limited.
Does it replace my escalation procedures?
No. MyCareBrief does not monitor urgent incidents. Keep using your established escalation arrangements.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. When paid subscriptions open, you will be able to cancel from Billing, and you can export or delete your data from Account.
